Gate Sales online from 9am and at the venue from 10:30am $35
CHILDREN U14
Children accompanied by a paying adult and under the age of 14 will not incur an entry fee, however, they will still require a ticket.
Please remember to keep an eye on your kids during the event, this is a licensed premise and children must be supervised.
COVID-19 POSTPONEMENT & REFUND POLICY
If we are unable to run on this date due to Covid restrictions the event will be cancelled and all tickets refunded in full.
VACCINE PASS REQUIREMENTS
Under the current government settings all are welcome. Yes!
ENTRY TO THE FESTIVAL
Public entry to the event will be from the Kenilworth Road entry to the Waikoko Gardens. Please follow the signs guiding you to the entrance.
If you wish to purchase tickets on the day the box office will be at the entrance.
COVID-19 RECORD KEEPING
Under current Government settings there is no requirement to scan in at the venue.
PARKING AND PUBLIC TRANSPORT
There is plenty of parking available in the paddocks to the east of the venue. For those who wish to use public bus transport please click here.
FOOD AND DRINKS
You can purchase BBQ food and a range of beverages including low and non-alcoholic drinks from our food vendors and bars, and there is plenty of free water.
We want to support our vendors as best we can so please do not bring any food or drink with you. Empty water bottles are permitted for refilling onsite.
UBF TOKENS
The Urban BBQ Festival uses UBF tokens for purchases of food and drink from food vendors and bars, but not for any BBQ supplies stands in the Demo Stage area.
UBF tokens are sold in cards of 10 at a cost of $10 per card, and can be purchased:

at the UBF Token tent [cash and Eftpos] by the main entrance to the festival. Cash is much faster than Eftpos, so we advise bringing some with you to ensure a speedy purchase.

from our roving token sellers moving throughout the venue [cash only]
Unused tokens can be refunded on the day only, at the token tent, up until 6:15pm. We refund amounts of $3 and up.
DECK CHAIRS & UMBRELLAS
We will be supplying spaces to park up at the event, but these are limited, first in first served so head on down early. You are of course welcome to bring along your own chair, but we do ask you to consider others around you when using these chairs. We can’t allow umbrellas into the festival as they create a sight issue for patrons sitting behind. Free sunscreen will be available; however we encourage you to bring some extra sunscreen along to get you through the afternoon.
SMOKING
Please be considerate of others when smoking and dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtrays provided.
PASS-OUTS
You can leave the ground and re-enter by being scanned out, but you will be subject to the same security checks on the way back in.

The day will go like this:
Box Office Opens: 10:30am
Gates Open: 11:00am
Bars Close: 5:45pm
Event Close: 6:15pm
Refunds Close: 6:15pm
