Mobile Ticket Delivery
DOWNLOAD IT BEFORE YOU ARRIVE TO AVOID DELAYS
Upon purchasing your ticket, you will receive a text with a link in it to the designated mobile phone. Each mobile ticket has a unique barcode. Please ensure you open this link PRIOR to arriving at the venue as this will download the barcode to your phone browser. Ensure you leave the ticket(s) open in your browser or take screenshots. This way, should you have any issues connecting to the web at the venue; your ticket will already be available for access.
FORWARD YOUR MATES THEIR TICKETS
If you have chosen to get all tickets sent to you, make sure you forward on the individual tickets to your mates to make it easy at the gate! But they have to have a Smartphone too!
CHARGE IT AND MAKE IT BRIGHT
Make sure your Smartphone is fully charged before you head up to the event! Also, turn up the brightness on your phone before you get to the gate. This will help scan you in a lot quicker!
