THE EMAIL ITSELF IS NOT AN EZYTICKET!
The ezyTicket is found as a PDF attachment of the email sent to you just after the confirmation email. Each ezyTicket PDF attachment represents an individual ticket to the game with its own unique barcode that must be scanned for entry. If you purchased more than one ticket, make sure you print out and bring along each separate ezyTicket PDF. Prior to the event please ensure you fold each ezyTicket as shown on your printout for quick entry into the venue.
What should my ezyTicket have? A barcode and Door Number.
A few Apple Mac users and customers with early versions of Adobe Acrobat have experienced difficulty printing ezyTickets, with ticket information being left off or barcodes printing incomplete. Such errors can prevent your ezyTicket from being scanned. To find out how to avoid this problem, review our FAQ's here.
To print your ezyTicket you will need Adobe Reader version 6.0 or above (version 8.0 is recommended).
